Therapy Tailored to You
How It Works
-

1. We Get to Know You
Your story matters. We’ll start by exploring what brings you here, your experiences, your challenges, and your hopes for the future. This is a space for honesty, curiosity, and connection.
-

2. We Create a Plan Together
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll work together to clarify your goals and develop a plan that’s tailored to your unique needs, values, and priorities. Whether you want to heal from trauma, improve your relationships, or simply feel more at ease, we’ll chart a path forward together.
-

3. We Walk the Journey Side by Side
Each session is a step toward the life you want. I’ll offer guidance, support, and practical tools along the way, adjusting our approach as needed. Growth isn’t always linear, but you won’t be alone as you move forward.
Session Options
-
50 Minute Sessions
The classic therapy hour—ideal for regular check-ins, ongoing support, or focused work on a particular issue. This is the most popular choice for both individuals and couples.
-
90 Minute Sessions
A deeper dive for those who want more time to process, explore, or work through complex topics. Extended sessions are great for EMDR, couples work, or when you just need a little extra space.
All sessions offered in-person in Denver and virtually for anyone located in Colorado.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a one-on-one experience between you and me—a licensed professional counselor. This space is for anyone (ages 15 and up) looking to explore thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationship patterns in a confidential, supportive setting. We’ll work together to help you better understand yourself, improve your emotional well-being, develop coping skills, and make meaningful changes in your life.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a collaborative process for partners in any kind of intimate relationship—regardless of marital status, gender, or orientation. We’ll work together to identify and shift negative patterns, enhance communication, and promote healthier, more satisfying relationships. Whether you’re navigating conflict, wanting to strengthen your bond, or preparing for the future, I offer practical tools and a supportive environment for growth.
EMDR & Trauma
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based, structured approach for healing from trauma and distressing life experiences. In our sessions, we’ll use techniques like guided eye movements, tapping, or sounds to help your brain reprocess painful memories, making them less emotionally intense and more adaptive. EMDR is ideal if you feel “stuck”—when you understand your trauma but still feel emotionally hijacked, this therapy can help you move forward.
Therapy for Women
Women’s therapy is individual counseling focused on the unique psychological, cultural, social, and biological experiences of women. We’ll take time to explore how gender roles, societal expectations, hormonal and reproductive changes, relationship dynamics, and experiences like sexism or caregiving stress impact your well-being. This is a space for women of all ages to feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Spiritual Counseling
If your faith or spirituality is important to you, or if you’re questioning or healing from past spiritual experiences, spiritual counseling can help. We’ll integrate your beliefs into the therapeutic process, supporting your healing, growth, and meaning-making. This is also a safe space to explore how spirituality has shaped your life, in ways that feel authentic to you.
Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for LPCC and LPC clinicians seeking licensure in Colorado, as well as licensed professionals looking for clinical support and development. Supervision sessions are 50 minutes and are designed to foster professional growth, ethical practice, and confidence in your clinical work. All potential supervision clients are interviewed to ensure we’re a good therapeutic fit. (Supervision is only available for clinicians licensed or seeking licensure in Colorado.)
